Hi I just joined yesterday and I'm looking forward to the weekly challenges that this group does. Something extra to keep me involved and interested.
I have a long way to go but my short term weight loss goal is to lose 49 lbs by Oct 2011! I enjoy running on my treadmill to get cardio in and if I find time I try to squeeze in yoga or other small workouts... but I am an at home mom and my time is constantly being demanded by my precious girls, ages 2 and 4... Oh... and they are my reason for weight loss, I want them to have a healthy momma and see that taking care of your family doesn't mean you have put yourself last! ;-)
