I'm a new mom to a beautiful and healthy 3-month old boy, and am hoping to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight ASAP! :) My goal is to not only lose weight and look great in a bikini (lol), but to also be healthy and just feel good about myself. After my first two post-baby workouts, I'm realizing that this is going to be a challenge, but I'm not afraid! Looking forward to giving and receiving support from others who are also striving to be healthier and happier! Best wishes to all. :)
