Well, here I go again. I seem to be good at the dieting but not to good at the lifestyle change. I am excited to join sparkpeople for some additional support as I start this journey to health and weight loss. I am amazed at all the stories I have read so far. It will be one day at at time for me first starting with no soda... I seem to lose weight but than go back to old habits. It does not help having a husband that can eat anything and stay a twig. Eating healthy will be good for me and my two girls who have developed a love for soda. I am 33 and need to lose over 30lbs. I am a nurse consultant so I spend a lot of time in my car. I do have a trainer that I work with at the gym.. when I get there. My two girls are 7 and 9 they are not overweight but do not have good eating habits.
