I understand the up and down in weight very well. I think you're going to love SparkPeople because there are so many tools to help, as well as the support and accountability of friends on your Spark teams.
I do remember when I first began. I started by walking, outside and on the treadmill, for about 10 mins. I have since built up to being able to walk 6 miles. And I am able to jog now too. I believe in you!

Hi My Name is Chris. I just heard about your site and am really wanting to lose weight and get fit this yr. Seems over the last 10 yrs. i have been up and down in weight and trouble keeping up with it all. Seems the more i focus the the harder it has been. I have gained and lost weight but unable to reset my metabolism with success. Not sure how to do that so i guess that is another reason i am here. I look forward to learning and hearing from you all.
