This is a really great site and I'm hoping it will help me along on my weight loss and fitness goals. My goals are to lose about 40 pounds and to tone my muscles. I really love running but I don't like to go out in the cold and snow so I do some fitness videos inside. I have lost about 20 pounds so far and want to continue losing. I know that support from others is a really good thing. I am in my mid fifties and all of my kids are grown so I'm working on getting myself in shape.
