I have been on this website for about a week. This is my first post. I love reading all of the sucess stories and really have become inspired by others. I have read a few that if I did not know better, I would think I wrote them. I have been over-weight for about 15 years and have been on every diet known to man. I really think this time is it! I wake up sometimes thinking I am having a heart attack. I really wanted to have by-pass surgery and have even talked to my doctor. After seminars and other problems, I have decided I can do this withour surgery. Im too young to be this old! I have lost weight in the past w/ the help of diet pills but always gained every pound plus more back....This time I am doing it the old fashion way......On my own. Today has been one week and I am not getting on the scale until 6 weeks. I am working this time on health and feeling better and that will lead to weight loss! wow my first post...much longer than I thought...LOL
