Hi! Nice to meet you! There are definitely ways that you can eat healthier inexpensively, but it takes some creativity. I'm 24, married for just under 3 months to the love of my life, and I'm too young to be this overweight. I've always been a bigger girl, but for some random reason I started dropping weight like crazy 3 years ago and for a 6 month period I was down to a size 8/10. Of course, just like the weight came off for no reason, it came right back on with again, no change to my diet or exercise.
But now that I've tasted the skinny life, I have a goal in mind, and clothes I'm waiting to fit back into.
So I invite you all to help me with this because I'm terrible with numbers, and don't have a lot of money to throw around in regards to eating right (why is it always the bad food that's cheapest?!). Plus, I'm lactose-intolerant, so that throws a hitch in things too. But any and all help and support is most welcome!
I will give God all that I have, and when I have nothing, I will give Him this nothingness.
