Welcome Brooke. I've been in your shoes a time or two. Set small goals for yourself and you can do it. Don't give up. If you start out small, any slip-ups are nothing,just get back on track without beating yourself up. You'll be happy in the long run. I'm new to this site too, and already I'm feeling more energy. My name is Brooke I am a 28 year old stay at home mom from Rhode Island. I read about sparkpeople in people magazine and decided to give it a try. I have struggled with losing weight for a while and its just gotten even harder since having kids. I love to work out but its hard finding the time. I plan to try to go early in the morning but I am not really a morning person lol. Eating healthfully is what I think will be the challenge for me. Sticking with a weight loss plan long term has also been difficult for me. I have started weight loss plans more times than I can even count. This seems like a great site with lots of great information. I am really looking forward to using this site:)
