HI, MY Name is nancy. I saw this on Dr. Phil today AND i THOUGHT I WOULD TRY TO DIET SOME WEIGHT OFF. AS YOU CAn see i am not the best typist. I ALSO HAVE MS WHICH LIMITS MY EXCERCISE. I WILL TRY MY BEST TO EXCERCISE.
