Hi Kiesha! Nice to meet you! I am also a returning Sparker. I was active in 2009 and early 2010 and am back now to stay. Have you checked out the Emotional Eating and Dealing with Depression teams? I found them incredibly helpful to me in the past. I believe that there are some teams dedicated to Bipolar now as well. I look forward to getting to know you as we work towards our goals!

Hi! I'm Kiesha! I'm 26 years old, and I've rejoined Spark People (with a new page) after a 2 year absences. I'm lazy and I love to eat. I'm also an emotional eater...which really sucks because I'm bipolar II. I'm hoping to get healthy, look, and feel better. Wish me luck!
