Yeah- We're all doing it in blog form right here on Spark. Rachel has threads she starts in the "general" forum for us to post our most recent pics. Regardless of when you are starting, always post your links under the most recent thread for this.
Thanks everyone. I think this would really be a benefit to me because sometimes I think "My stomach above the waistline looks flatter" or something like that - but I really have no way of comparing. Okay... now to figure out how to post them. In blog form? I gotta look around and figure it out.

You might be surprised to know where some of us came from! Believe it or not, most here understand first hand the process you are going through and how hard it is to put those pictures out there. We ALL think it is an awesome thing that you are doing what is necessary to take care of yourself.
Whether you post or not is your decision, but know that people will be cheering you on if you decide to. And you don't HAVE to pose scantily clad- You can wear whatever you please. Just try to keep it consistent each week, so that people can give an honest opinion on positive changes they see.
When I joined this team I didn't realize there were so many hotties either! lol but it's a very supportive team and yes there are those of us with a greater focus on weight loss than toning/sculpting. I figure being in a group with people in such great shape (and some have lost a good amount of weight to get there) I should be able to learn something about getting there myself! So far so good!! We have all sizes here..you will make lots of friends and get lots of encouraging feedback. So far this picture stuff has kept me WAY more accountable than just simply posting a weekly weigh in or participating in some random challenge. YOU CAN DO IT!
Yes, you can do it!! I was just as terrified as you but after I posted my pics and received sooooo many supporting comments and great advice I was glad I did it. It is honestly one of the most freeing things I've ever done and it only motivates me more to get those "after" photos out there :)
I joined this team because I heard someone else talking about it... unfortunately, I had no idea that it was a whole lot of people who are already thin! I gotta ask - are there any team members above 250? Cuz if not, I don't think I am brave enough to take those pics...
