Hi Molly,

In just the 2 weeks that I have been a member of SP, I have noticed a dramatic decrease in my blood sugar numbers. As long as you follow your nutrition plan and exercise, you too should notice a change in your numbers. Best of luck.

There are a couple of things you can do to improve you blood sugars - watch and maintain regular carb numbers, exercise (in fact someone posted something about the benefits of 15 minutes of exercise after each meal really helping people even to get off of insulin), and reducing the STRESS. For me, my body responds more dramatically to stress than to food. You will find articles, tips and ideas on here. There is so much available information and so many people with knowledge gained from doctors and others.

With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

Hi SparkMollie, Welcome. This has been most helpful for me! Tracking my sodium as well as calories has lowered my BP, plus the exercise and my blood sugars are very good. This is a great program.

I am new to Spark but I've been a type 2 diabetic for over 10 years. I'm really having a hard time controlling the blood sugar numbers now and hope what I learn here will help.

Mollie
