There are a couple of things you can do to improve you blood sugars - watch and maintain regular carb numbers, exercise (in fact someone posted something about the benefits of 15 minutes of exercise after each meal really helping people even to get off of insulin), and reducing the STRESS. For me, my body responds more dramatically to stress than to food. You will find articles, tips and ideas on here. There is so much available information and so many people with knowledge gained from doctors and others.
