You have the right attitude. Stick with the diabetes food plan. Exercise. Drink water. You will have a long wonderful, healthy life...hopefully never have to take medication. I know it can be difficult at times, but it will be so worth it...and you are worth it!!

You know the right food to eat to fuel your body.
You know you need to exercise to burn off some of the fuel.
You know you need to drink water to keep your body functioning.
You know you need to get the right amount of sleep.

I am 19 years old and because of my recent weight gain I am close to being diabetic. I want to change my lifestyle and become a healthier me. My goals are to lose weight, exercise more and eat healthier.
