I just learned about site & thought I would give it a try. I have had a weight problem I guess I could say my whole life. I have two kids & a husband that I want to live a long & enjoyable life with. That is why I want to loose weight and get my sugar under control. I have been walking about 1 mile every day & some days 2 times a day when possible if the weather allows me, If not I have been using my gazelle inside for 30 to 45 min 2 times a day. Been trying to watch what & how much I eat in a day witch is very hard to do when nobody else in my house wants to do this with me. I have lost so far about 12 lbs. since Feb. when I started. Not real sure how to work everything on this site yet, but I hope to learn & get some good advise on this journey. :)
