There isn't an actual diet to follow. The Challenge is to help you stick with specific goals that will lead to improved blood sugar control and hopefully improved weight and blood chemistry values. Hi everyone!! I've on Sparkpeople on and off for a while now, but I've just joined the Diabetic 8 week challenge. I'm lost...I can't find the actual diet to follow for this challenge. Can someone please help me out? Thank you!! Jane
