I'm with BECKYANNE1 on this. I can totally identify with all the stress management benefits of running. If I'm feeling a bit down, I'll go out for a short run, and life is good again! It's a fantastic stress buster alternative!
As I don't see your SparkPage, I have to ask questions? Have you talked to a doctor about your running plans? Have you ever walked a 5K. What cardio are you doing now? I'm always excited for teammates who are embracing new challenges. Have fun with it no matter what!
