Never giving up is the key, walking when you need to walk is fine! Even after you get to the point of running a longer duration, you'll find that there are good running days when you feel you could run longer, and not-so-good running days where you feel you need to walk more. Perseverance will see you through to the end.
Hey everyone, this is Cassie AKA Worththeweight, and back in the day I use to run everywhere now I can barely Jog 2 minutes, what's that all about? Anyhow I am determined to push myself back to running status, and even if I can't make it the whole 7 rounds jogging, I never give up, I will just walk it out on a steep incline until I reach the 32 min. Preping my muscles for future jogs. I will get there and am determined to drop this weight also. After all I am worth-the-weight.
