Hello from Seattle! Loving the Spark! Finally losing some weight, but, more importantly, finally feeling fitness creeping in -- and all the benefits that come with it.

Yeah, I'm one of those "lurkers" who reads a lot but never speaks up. I have always "hated" exercise, starting many programs but finding excuses to stop after not too long. Yo-yo diets, etc. Sparkpeople works! Tracking my food has been very easy and I've done it for over 30 days! (yay, me)

So, anyone have music tips to help those 30 minutes tick by a little faster? ;-)
