I'm Rachel, and I'm really excited to be joining SparkPeople.
I just recently went through TWO really horrible breakups...and have spent the past fews months in total disarray. Well, I've decided that it's time to let go of the boys and focus on me again. What better way than to become the person that I want to be? I want to be healthy, happy, and confident.
My current goals are to lose 12 lbs. before April 17th (I lost three last week, so I guess it's 9 lbs. now!) and to stick to a running program. I've started a few different running programs, but never completely followed through.
