I agree with you 100%!! I'm also looking forward to focusing on how I feel! I know from experience that when I spend more time being active, I automatically feel better and have more energy! Good luck with your journey!

So tired of losing and re-gaining the same 15 pounds every year. This time I want to focus on longterm lifestyle changes rather than strict eating plans that I eventually grow weary of. It's getting harder and harder to lose the weight and it goes back on more and more quickly. I want to stop worrying so much about the number on the scale and more on how I look and feel. Spark pages seem to have some great ideas! Looking forward to making a permanent change.
