Welcome to the team!!
My suggestion would be to take it one day at a time and baby steps!
If you do to much all at once, you will get burned out or discouraged.
It took me over 10 months to lose 42 pounds.

Hi, I agree with the other suggestions. Finding time to eat when you have a work schedule that typically doesn't give you scheduled breaks that you can depend on his really hard!
I would try to store healthy snacks you can grab quickly when you don't get a break to eat a full meal, I would recommend carrot sticks or other veggies that you enjoy, chopped up in a container (covering them with water will help them stay fresh if you don't have a fridge you can put them in), and leave them on the desk or counter. But you can try other snacks you like and work your way up to veggies, fruit was always a favorite of mine because its sweet (and boy do I love sweets!), rice cakes are awesome too and portable, easy and tasty!
Just watch the carbs on those last two, they can come back to bite you in the rear :-)

It's really hard to suck in your back fat.

Welcome. My suggestion would be to try and plan what you are going to eat the day before. Write it down ( you can always make changes).
Bring your lunch and snacks. Try not to go mor than 3 hours without eating something. Up your protein( to keep you fuller) drink loads of water and take a daily vitamin.
