Was a runner back in early 2011 (C25K grad), until my first race when I angered my knee. Sure, I recovered quickly but I lost all motivation and have barely looked at my runners since.
Just came back from a vacation that left me completely recharged and ready to get back into it..... until the cold I was fighting turned into bronchitis. So here I sit, planning my training/workout schedule until I have enough energy to get exercising again. Heck, I'd be happy with enough energy to get off the couch (sucks being sick).
Hope to be able to start in another week and will probably start with the C25K program again, hopefully I can skip the first couple weeks.
