I am feeling frustrated because I've been going out of town each weekend and end up putting on at least 2 pounds. By the end of the week I have it taken off again, but just put it on again because I'm not able to keep up with my exercise routine. I tend to eat what everyone else eats too.....because it's there!

You can click the week in your training where you really are and it will put you back there. So, if the training program says you are in week 3, but you are only in week 1, just change it to week one. You can do that at the top of the training page, then save preferences and it will put you back. I'm doing the program at a slower rate because of my schedule and also because its getting dark earlier, so I can't get out for my run before it gets dark. So, I'm doing them on the weekend. I've decided that I'm going to do it at my rate. I have two 5K's scheduled that I will count, but I'm going to progress at my rate.

I did not mean to start yet! I was just looking over the programs, and liking this one I did click through, but have yet to click the button "start training now"... But I'm getting the emails as if I'm starting this week.

How do I stop it, so that I can start the week after Thanksgiving? I won't be able to fit the three workouts in until then!
