You can click the week in your training where you really are and it will put you back there. So, if the training program says you are in week 3, but you are only in week 1, just change it to week one. You can do that at the top of the training page, then save preferences and it will put you back. I'm doing the program at a slower rate because of my schedule and also because its getting dark earlier, so I can't get out for my run before it gets dark. So, I'm doing them on the weekend. I've decided that I'm going to do it at my rate. I have two 5K's scheduled that I will count, but I'm going to progress at my rate.
