I'm right there with you. I'm on day three and I can't believe how hard a minute is. I'm glad the goal is to build endurance! I'm just trusting that endurance will actually come!

Today is day 1. I thought it was going to be real easy but running for a straight minute is kinda hard but I got through it. I sure hope that my endurance will allow me to run for 2 minutes straight next week. Im hoping I will be able to run the 5k by halloween. That is my short term goal for now. Glad I found this support group!
