My name is Kristi. I am 44yrs old and currently weigh 259 pounds. I have lost 17 pounds thus far. For some strange reason, I have been inspired to try a "Couch to 5K" program. Am I going crazy??? I have done day one of another program on a treadmill. I did it, even tho my jogging was rather pityful, but for the last two days I have been in pain and a tad sore, but the "itch" is still there to keep going! I need everyone's motivation!! Peace.....
