That is wonderful. I would get the ok from your doctor and train slowly. I am sure if you don't push it and listen to your body it can only be a healthy thing.
I keep trying but once I get past running for 3 minutes my body gets achy. Good luck to you.

Hello, I am not new to SP but to this forum...I am 68, 5'2" with some thyroid issues that make weight loss and energy difficult at times but want to participate in a 5K this October. I asked about it and they offered letting me sit at the table and help....something inside wants to be able to run/walk it......
