I am looking forward to running a 5 k. I have been waling/jogging. Recently went and got fitted for running shoes - made a big difference in how the knees and feet were feeling.
I am ready to run. Even though my bottom is like a bowl full of jelly - I enjoy the feeling of jogging along. And am hoping that this will budge the scale.
I consistently workout 5 to 6 days a week - but since I turned 52 I don't seem to be able to get the scale to budge past the 169 mark and I am aiming for 153.
Here's hoping to a 5 k soon.

It's a long road.
Lots of changes and adjustments in 2012. Lord willing this year I will be able to loose 20.
