I've decided to try something that I used to love when I was a teenager- running. I was 100 lbs thinner then... but I hope that this will help me get back on my way to this weight. I have been going to the gym for about a month and did my first traning last night with running 1 min walking 4. I feel great today. I really hope I can complete this traning program and see myself working up the strength and endurance to run a real 5k!
