This is a rhetorical question, btw.
I, personally, have restarted a running program, as well as weight loss efforts, at least a half dozen times. About 10 years ago I did the Couch to 5K for the first time. I even got to the 5K. Finished ahead of only the walkers, but I did it. And then I lost momentum...
Like I said I've restarted before, but I never made it further than just a few weeks. This time is different. This time I'm signed up for Spark's program (because I want that badge when I complete lol) and this time I'm joining a group.
So, here I am. Thirty-eight year old mom of two, still married to my college sweetheart, occasional teacher and constant ranch wife. We live in the northwest corner of Kansas, 10 miles from pavement, so I run on dirt roads.
Wish me luck! I just finished Day 1 of the 8 week plan
A one hour workout is only 4% of the day. No excuses!
