Hi, my name is Nicki. I am 39, a wife, a mother and a nurse. My goal is to feel better and have more energy. I think that by losing about 30 pounds I can accomplish this. I've recently (this week) started preparing for my first 5k in many years. I already feel better, even though I haven't lost any weight yet. I hope to eventually be able to do a half marathon, i think that would be amazing! That being said though, I'm not really sure how realistic that is, being since I work really long hours, but a girl can dream, right? Anywho, Im looking forward to getting healthier and feeling better and my first 5k :)
