Hi my name is sandy and I have been a member for awhile now and I am just getting back into sparkpeople again. I thought this 5k walking program would be a great way to get motivated to exercise during the winter. I have lost almost 50 pounds over the spring and summer of this year and I still have 50 to 55 to go yet. I lost the first 50 by walking all the time and watching my portions of what I ate.
