Hello and welcome to Spark People and the team! I haven't been very active on this team lately but I walk every day, usually about 30 min., and do a 5K walk a few times a year. Walking is such a great way to add exercise into our lives and it's also a mood lifter and a chance to discover new things around you, you see things walking that you never notice when driving by.
