Hello and welcome to Spark People and the team! I haven't been very active on this team lately but I walk every day, usually about 30 min., and do a 5K walk a few times a year. Walking is such a great way to add exercise into our lives and it's also a mood lifter and a chance to discover new things around you, you see things walking that you never notice when driving by. Hello! I am not new to SparkPeople but I am making a fresh new start to get 'er done :) I've lost about 25 lbs since March of this year but have stalled out this past month and a half or so. Life got a little crazy and I ended up taking the back burner for awhile but I'm back to take control and put myself where I belong ... up front and on a mission!
I hope to support and encourage as many people along the way as I can, and to BE supported and encouraged as well, so please feel free to add me as a friend so we can journey together and make the differences in our lives to get us to where we want/need/deserve to be ... HAPPY and HEALTHY!!!
