Welcome. Changing habits one or two at a time and building on your success really helps me find a lifestyle I can live with. Remember that this needs to work for you and you have to be able to live with it indefinitely. Otherwise it is another "diet" to go "on" and "off" never really changing how you relate to food and exercise.

Hi, Jen:

Welcome back! I look forward to journeying together for a bit. I just dropped my best friend off at the airport after her visit: the past several days all I've done is log in, for I wanted to cook her all her favorite foods that she misses, living in England. And cook I did, and eat WE did! So, tomorrow I've got to start tracking food and exercising again, myself.

I've been on SparkPeople before but kind of let life take me for a ride and took a different route for awhile. I'm not exactly pleased with my current state of laziness and my multitude of excuses and I'm tired enough of all of it that I'm ready to fully commit myself TO myself and make the necessary changes. So I'm back on board with SparkPeople and I've joined quite a few teams and I am going to make it happen!
