It doesn't happen overnight, but you CAN transform your junk food cravings into healthier ones. I had a horrible time "eating down my unhealthy pantry" when I first joined Sparks, but now there are no Doritos left to tempt me, ice cream's been replaced with frozen yogurt (and it's pretty good stuff, I was surprised!), and the eternal tubs of sour cream are now tubs of homemade yogurt.
Baby steps will get you where you want to end up. Giant leaps tend to trip you up. So take it slow, make it deliberate, and keep your end goals in mind!
