TEAM-ERIC, Walking is a wonderful way to increase you cardio fitness. I helped train a lady for a half marathon. She had been on oxygen all the time until she started walking. She shocked her doctor when she did her half with no oxygen. While she still has to use oxygen, it isn't necessary 24/7 like it used to be.
As you work on the program, just remember you can repeat a week when necessary. Do it, but do it your way.
