I'm an avid walker, hitting my stride on every morning for an average of a 4 mile walk. Walking gives me time to think through problems, plan my day, and de-stress. I joined the 5K walking program for "company" on my daily journey...it is comforting to know there are other folks out there training with me for the same goal. Happy walking to you all!
