Sorry, I don't live near you. But there is a ton of support here on SP. Even if you don't find an exercise partner, perhaps you'll find a SP team that offers enough virtual support and accountability that it will help keep you on track. Joining this virtual 5K, with a specific walking plan for each week, should help.
I think we're all here because we're not able to do this on our own. Changing our old thoughts and behaviors is tough, and making those changes last is even tougher. Start with small, reachable goals that help you feel successful, and build from there. Read articles and blogs here on SP and use your Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Often, by reaching out and offering support, it reinforces our own commitment to a healthier lifestyle and keeps us on track.
You can do this and SP can be a huge part of that.
