Welcome. Start where you are comfortable. I started with the Start Page and didn't leave it for weeks. I tracked my water and veggies, read articles, tracked my weight and then learned that I was earning points. I found the points page.
My recommendation is to make the site work for you. You are on this team. For a few weeks, focus on this plan and the walking program. Take your walks, track them, and figure out how this is working for you.
Then you can add another goal or so. Make these healthy lifestyle goals rather than weight loss goals. Drinking water, adding veggies, tracking food (phone apps really help here) or even adding some exercise helps. Make the goals small, one behavior at a time and set a time limit and rewards. Make sure not to expect 100% every day as that is a set up to fail. Living healthy most of the time really helps you live healthy all the time.
