Just take things a day at a time, forgive yourself for missteps, and move on. If you're not already using the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers, I'd recommend it.

hi there everyone, my name is renee! I just wanted to make a short introduction of my self...I am a young mom of a 5 year old, was pregnant my senior year of high school! I gained alot of weight with her during my pregnancy and kept adding on the pounds! I was an athlete before i became pregnant, was in conditioning, and weights class everyday, played softball, basketball was a cheerleader and a member of the flag team! well, i want to be that fit again!!! And now I am letting nothing hold me back!!!!
