Hi, nice to meet you all. I started low-carb in September 2011, lost 40 pounds. Stalled about two months ago, and of course, now have gained some of the weight back. Totally lost my motivation. Main problem is I constantly seem to want to eat. Even yesterday, my first day here, I went over my highest calorie range by approx. 600 calories. Day time went well, blew it last night, ended up stuffing six chocolate truffles in my mouth right before bedtime. On the plus side I am walking more. Use to average 3,200 steps per day, up to an average of 6,000. Anyways, I'd love some support, and in time, I promise to give it back. Just in a crummy place right now, but will work to change that.
