Welcome. You can do this. Take this at your own pace but be consistent in your practice and training. Walk/run training is really effective for many of us. If you walk your first 5K it is OK as well. Plan to do another in a couple of months and try to beat your times as you go.

I am a 31 year old Mom of 2 beautiful girls who is trying to work her way up to a 5K walk/run. Running has been incredibly tough for me for health reasons so I'm trying to build up to it to keep me from giving up like I have in the past. I'm glad to be here and meet my goal with the help of this team.
