able to walk one mile no problem got to pushing and tried 3 mile did ok was really tired and now sore but still walked one mile today I'm trying but it been hard I'm 10 to 15 pound still over weight and need to get it off ill fell better i hope and my high blood pressure will go down i hope along with my bad hdl problem I'm having
