Welcome. The nice thing about this is that it is your way but gives you a guideline and lets you fit it into your life. If you take two weeks on week one, no biggie. Don't stress, but try to be consistent.

i have alot of goals! And searching for more! My main work in progress, at the moment, is to take better care of myself by - drinking enough water, eating enough food, getting enough rest and plenty of exercise - and to lower my stress / anxiety levels! =-)
