Hi I'm lcjore, I working my way to a healthier lifestyle. In the past I participate in the March Dime walk but very little training. Now I want to workout more. When I was training with some people I met a park who just say a little fitter and felt uncomfortable and stop trying to walk or eat healthier. But now I realize that it is about me getting healthier and living long. I think I have made a good start. I lost eight pounds since I joined Sparkpeople. I still have a long way to go and every little step counts.
