Lost 45 lbs. during past year, want to take the next 55 off. I'm 71 and in good health but will have heart surgery (valve replacement - rheumatic fever damage in youth) in near future. Just moved to a retirement center and am learning the area. Have access to treadmill and gym/small pool but haven't gotten going yet. Looking for reinforcement and ideas for winter weather.
