and to Sparkpeople and the 5K Your Way Walking Program Keep that positive attitude and you'll make it. Remember this is about changing your life style not dieting. So do it little, in baby steps. Donít expect miracles right awayÖagain it is a life style change!!! And over time you will begin to notice the difference in how you feel, your energy level, and how you look.
Be sure to us your nutrition and fitness tracker daily. And track your water too.
Post your questions and concerns: Donít be afraid to ask question or seek out help. We are all on the same journey but at different levels of that journey.
Setbacks can be and are a part of this journey: Donít let them dictate your mood or progress. Let it go and keep moving forward. Keeping your focus on your goal and you will reach them in time.
Celebrate: Celebrate your accomplishments. (Set small goals for yourself so you have a way of seeing your progress) Do this through blogging, posting updates and rewarding yourself.
And for me I have always recognized that itís God who has enabled me to be who I am and to accomplish all I have accomplished
God bless you on your journey to a healthier you.
