Jodie, I was there too, Think of one thing you want from the program then pick one thing you can do to get it and do it for a few days and when that one thing is easy then pick somethig else. Before you know it you will see results.

I'm sorry to hear your having difficulty so far in weight loss journey. Don't give up and be sure to do all the little things right. Tracking your food - staying within your calories. Try not to go over or under. Tracking your exercise Tracking your water - drink 8 - 8oz glasses a day Get connected with others here on SP and read the success stories. Ask for help when needed. We are all on this journey and we need each other. And keep your focus on every victory no mater how small it may seem.
