Jodie, I was there too, Think of one thing you want from the program then pick one thing you can do to get it and do it for a few days and when that one thing is easy then pick somethig else. Before you know it you will see results.
Jodie, the first one to help you is YOU. it has to be that you want more than anything to get going and get to where you want to be. No one can put you in that state of mind but you. Once you are there SP and the rest of us are here to help

Tracking your exercise
Tracking your water - drink 8 - 8oz glasses a day
Get connected with others here on SP and read the success stories.
Ask for help when needed. We are all on this journey and we need each other.
And keep your focus on every victory no mater how small it may seem.
