Then I started tracking exercise. Then I started logging my food. Then I bought The Spark on Kindle. Now I'm up to Chapter 5 and Silver Medal level. Last night when I was walking with friend at the mall I noticed my posture is improving and I'm gaining energy. I'm 60 and need to lose about 30 pounds. I signed up the the Virtual 5K since it seemed like a good way to get started on specific goals. This morning I did Day 1 of Bootcamp Workout. Almost quit midway but I started watching the red line on the video feed and the coach was encouraging. When I couldn't keep up, I marched in place, but I did finish. Baby steps and persevere!
The world will change for the better when people decide they are sick and tired of being sick and tired of the way the world is, and decide to change themselves.
