Wecome to the team, Setting goal to shoot for is always good. I started where I had trouble reaching 30 minutes but pushed just a bit harder everyday and now this morning I did over 4 miles and will walk again tonight when it cools down. I told myself never accept just doing the minimum. I have days I dont walk as much as i want but the next day I push on
Hello everyone My name is Maria and I just joined this team today. I've been on SP for about a month and I am amazed at HOW much is in this website! I discover something new everyday! I was walking a mile a day - then little Ms. Hurricane Irene stopped by and turned us all upside down and threw me off track a little so I thought I'd start again here. Also htought that by joining a team, I'd be more motivated to get out the door so thank you for any inspiring/motivating words you may have to share, I am really looking forward to this new challenge
