Hi all! I am new to the group just having had my wee one (baby #4) on the 28th of July. Here I sit at 4 weeks postpartum anxiously awaiting the doctor's approval for exercise and I figure that walking is the natural progression for getting back to it. I came into pregnancy doing pretty tough workouts (several rounds of P90X, ChaLEAN Extreme, etc) to prenatal yoga throughout my pregnancy and I know I need to work at getting my endurance back and with a baby that has a bit of an unpredictable sleep schedule, I figure walking would be something that we could do together!
Looking forward to doing the program!
